About

Be Brave Together

A free, three hour, in-person or online workshop for anyone ready to take a step forward.

These are overwhelming times. Many of us feel stretched thin, discouraged, frustrated, angry—or just stuck. The world feels chaotic, and it’s hard to know what to do next. This workshop is an invitation to pause, to connect with others, and to rediscover a kind of strength you already have: the ability to be brave in the face of real life.

The workshop is interactive and generally lively. Many past participants say they have come away feeling energized, enlivened, and connected to others in their group. We ask that you come with an open heart and mind and be prepared to share your own thoughts as well as listen respectfully to the thoughts of others. It is our hope that you come away from a Be Brave Together workshop inspired to take brave actions on behalf of yourself and others.

Be Brave Together isn’t therapy, and it’s not a self-help seminar. It’s not religious. It’s not political. It’s free of charge. It’s simply a space to reflect, share, and practice a kind of everyday bravery that anyone—yes, anyone—can choose. You don’t have to feel ready. You just have to show up.

You’ll explore how bravery can be something you practice in daily life—not just something you’re born with. Through guided conversation, reflection, and group connection, you’ll learn how to spot the moments when brave action matters most—and how to respond in ways that are true to who you are.
